Product: Three-sided Marketplace Platform

At AirDev, I was the lead product manager on an on-demand platform for customers to get their tech-enabled products built. The three-sided marketplace platform connects customers with gig-workers (no-code specialists, including software developers, product managers, and product designers).

This system was designed to address common pain-points in the custom software development space (e.g. prohibitive cost, opaque scope, long timelines) with an additional layer of automation, quality assurance, and standardization.

AirDev continues to use the product I managed after I left in 2018; it has also continued to thrive, growing from a team of 15 employees to over 160. Visit their website at www.airdev.co
